Easily factory resetting (If the pairing list has too much devices, please try to reset them):
Step 1: Put the earbuds into charging case and keep the case open.
Step 2: Press and hold charging case button for 10s until the indicator flashes green for 5 times.
You need to reconnect the device and earbuds after factory resetting.

Note:
1.The paring mode will turn off after 10 minutes if earbuds do not connect with any device.
2.If the battery status of charging case is zero, the earbuds will not turn off when putting into the case. You need to recharge the case promptly.
